Returns/Cancellations
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us for an authorization to return within 10 business days of the receipt of the product. If the item is returned unopened in the original box, we will refund less a 25% restocking fee, based on your original method of payment. All products must be packed in the original packaging, including any accessories, manuals, documentation and registration that shipped with the product. A 15% open box fee in addition to the 25% restocking fee (totaling 40%) will be assessed on any sealed product that is opened or removed from its original packaging. Return shipping with be at the customers expense. Cancellations. If an item was special ordered from our warehouse there will be a 15% restocking fee if you cancel the order after we have ordered it from the warehouse. Some orders may not be able to be canceled after you place the order. You MUST receive a confirmation via email confirmining the cancellation and the applicable restock fee.
Please note that we do not permit the return of the following products:
- Special orders and products that are custom configured to your specifications. Special orders include any item we had to order from one of our warehouses.
- Products sold "as is" or "used" or that have been installed or used after receipt.
- Firearms or Ammunition.
- Illumination devices, electronic sights, optics, thermal optics and night vision equipment.
Website Pricing & Shipping Error Policy
At De Leon Pharmacy & Sporting Goods, we strive to ensure that all product descriptions, pricing, inventory availability, shipping charges, promotional offers, and other information displayed on our website are accurate and up to date. However, occasional typographical errors, technical malfunctions, system issues, supplier feed inaccuracies, or human errors may occur.
Pricing and Shipping Errors
In the event that a product, service, shipping charge, tax calculation, promotional offer, or any other information is listed incorrectly due to an accidental or unintentional error, De Leon Pharmacy & Sporting Goods reserves the right to correct such errors at any time without prior notice.

Customers will be notified as soon as reasonably possible regarding any material corrections affecting their order. If a customer does not agree to the corrected terms, the order may be canceled and any collected payment refunded in accordance with applicable laws.
Order Acceptance
Submission of an order through our website does not constitute final acceptance of the order. All orders are subject to review, verification, and acceptance by De Leon Pharmacy & Sporting Goods.
We reserve the right to limit quantities, refuse service, or cancel orders at our sole discretion, including orders affected by pricing, shipping, inventory, promotional, or technical errors.
Limitation of Liability
De Leon Pharmacy & Sporting Goods shall not be held liable for damages, losses, costs, or expenses arising from pricing inaccuracies, shipping miscalculations, website interruptions, technical issues, or other unintentional errors displayed on the website.

At De Leon Pharmacy and Sporting Goods, we strive to provide high-quality products and customer satisfaction. Please note that all warranty claims for the products we sell are handled directly by the original manufacturer. As such, it is the responsibility of the customer to contact the manufacturer directly for any warranty-related issues or concerns. If an item is new and defective, the manufacturer’s warranty applies. We are a reseller NOT the manufacturer and we do not provide warranty service.

SHIPPING
Shipping Policy
Standard Shipping and Limited Carrier Insurance
At De Leon Pharmacy & Sporting Goods, we take great care in packaging and preparing all orders for shipment. Once an order has been packaged, transferred to, and accepted by the shipping carrier, ownership and risk of loss pass to the purchaser.
Standard Shipping Coverage
Our Standard Shipping option includes only the basic insurance coverage, if any, automatically provided by the selected shipping carrier. In most cases, this coverage is limited to approximately $100.00 per shipment; however, actual coverage amounts may vary depending on the carrier and service selected.
Loss, Damage, Theft, or Delivery Issues
By selecting Standard Shipping, the purchaser acknowledges and agrees that:
- De Leon Pharmacy & Sporting Goods is not responsible for packages that are lost, damaged, delayed, misdelivered, or stolen after the shipment has been accepted by the carrier.
- Once the carrier has taken possession of the shipment, the purchaser assumes responsibility for any claims relating to loss, damage, theft, or delivery issues.
- Any claims for loss, damage, theft, or delivery issues must be filed directly by the purchaser with the shipping carrier.
- The purchaser is solely responsible for providing any information, documentation, photographs, or evidence required by the carrier to process a claim.
- De Leon Pharmacy & Sporting Goods is under no obligation to replace, refund, reship, or otherwise compensate the purchaser for merchandise that is lost, damaged, delayed, misdelivered, or stolen while in the possession of the shipping carrier.
Optional Signature Required & Package Protection
Customers who desire protection beyond the carrier's standard coverage are strongly encouraged to purchase Package Protection & Signature Required at Delivery at the time of order placement.
Inspection Upon Delivery
Customers should inspect all packages immediately upon delivery. Any visible damage to the package or contents should be documented with photographs and reported directly to the shipping carrier as soon as possible. Failure to report damage within the carrier's required claim period may affect claim eligibility.
Acceptance of Terms
By placing an order and selecting Standard Shipping, the purchaser acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to this Shipping Policy. The purchaser further acknowledges that once a shipment has been accepted by the carrier, responsibility for filing and pursuing claims related to loss, damage, theft, or delivery issues rests solely with the purchaser.
Shipping Policy – Signature Required & Package Protection
Signature Required Delivery Option
At checkout, customers have the option to select Signature Required Delivery for eligible shipments. This service requires a signature from the recipient (or another authorized person at the delivery address) before the package can be released by the carrier.
We strongly recommend selecting the Signature Required Delivery option if:
- Packages are frequently left unattended at your delivery location.
- You have experienced package theft or "porch pirate" incidents in the past.
- The shipment contains high-value merchandise.
- The delivery location is a business, apartment complex, shared residence, or other area where packages may be vulnerable to theft.
Important Notice Regarding Package Protection
Our optional Package Protection service is designed to cover shipments that are:
- Lost while in transit by the carrier.
- Damaged during transit.
Package Protection does not cover theft occurring after a package has been marked as delivered by the carrier.
Examples of situations that are not covered by Package Protection include:
- Packages stolen from a porch, doorstep, mailbox, or delivery location after delivery confirmation.
- Theft by unknown persons after the carrier has completed delivery.
- Missing packages when the carrier's tracking records show successful delivery to the shipping address.
Protection Against Porch Pirates
If you are concerned about package theft after delivery, you should select the Signature Required Delivery option at checkout.
By choosing Signature Required Delivery, the carrier will obtain a signature before releasing the package, significantly reducing the risk of theft after delivery.
Customer Responsibility
The customer is responsible for selecting shipping options that meet their security needs. If Package Protection is purchased without selecting Signature Required Delivery, coverage remains limited to loss or damage occurring during transit and does not extend to theft after confirmed delivery.
Once a shipment is marked as Delivered by the carrier and delivery has been completed according to the selected shipping service, responsibility for the package transfers to the recipient.
Claims and Investigations
In the event of a claim, carrier tracking information, delivery records, GPS delivery data, photographs, and signature records (if Signature Required Delivery was selected) may be used to determine the status of the shipment and eligibility for coverage.
By placing an order through our website, you acknowledge and agree to these shipping terms and understand the limitations of Package Protection coverage.
Right to Modify
De Leon Pharmacy & Sporting Goods reserves the right to modify, update, or amend this Shipping Policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes will become effective immediately upon posting to our website.
NON-FIREARM SHIPPING
Buyer and/or User of this site acknowledges and agrees that deleonrxgunsandammo.com (Hills Pills and Sundries, LLC/DBA De Leon Pharmacy and Sporting Goods) will not ship to P.O. Boxes, orders placed for shipment to P.O. Boxes will be cancelled and subject to the Order Cancellation Fee. Buyer and/or User of this site agrees that all non-firearm items ordered must ship to the Billing address. Buyer and/or User of this site agrees to provide matching Billing and Shipping addresses for all non-firearm items ordered from this site. Buyer and/or User of this site agrees not to place an order with this site for non-firearm items if the Billing and Shipping addresses do not match. Buyer and/or User of this site agrees that orders for non-firearm items placed on this site where the Billing and Shipping addresses do not match will be subject to the applicable Order Cancellation Fee. Unfortunately, due to the amount of fraud, this is required to keep our prices as low as possible for all our customers.
PROOF OF DELIVERY
Buyer and/or User of this site agrees to provide a safe and secure delivery point for their ordered items to be delivered. Buyer and/or User of this site acknowledges and agrees to accept the “Delivered” carrier status as legally binding proof of delivery in all instances. Buyer and/or User of this site acknowledges and agrees that deleonrxgunsandammo.com (Hills Pills and Sundries, LLC/DBA De Leon Pharmacy and Sporting Goods), its owners, assignees, or other responsible party are not responsible for “porch pirates”, or any other mishap whatever after delivery has been made by carrier. Buyer and/or User of this site agrees that all Optics orders may be shipped restricted delivery and the actual card holder may be required to display their ID and sign for delivery, failure to accept or comply will result in Order Cancellation and Buyer and/or User of this site will be responsible for the applicable Order Cancellation Fee and all other related charges and fees.
RISK OF LOSS
Buyer and/or User of this site acknowledges and agrees that all items purchased, (with the exception of Firearms purchased with Insured Shipping), from deleonrxgunsandammo.com (Hills Pills and Sundries, LLC/DBA De Leon Pharmacy and Sporting Goods) are made pursuant to a shipment contract. The risk of loss and title for such items pass to the Buyer and/or User of this site upon our delivery to the third party shipment carrier.
NOTE:
We recommend that you use a carrier that offers shipment tracking for all returns, and either insure your package for safe return or declare the full value of the shipment so that you are protected if the shipment is lost or damaged in transit. If you chose not to use a carrier that offers tracking and insure or declare the full value of the product, you will be responsible for any loss or damage to the product during shipping.
The United States Postal Service (USPS) offers limited tracking capabilities and that there is a 30-calendar-day waiting period before USPS will initiate a trace. The customer is responsible for shipping charges both ways on returns,as well as for shipping charges on shipments that are refused.

USED FIREAMRS
The seller provides all descriptions for used items. All descriptions for used items are honest and based on actual items being offered for sale. Items being sold in this manner will be marked as such. All sales on used items are final. Photos will be provided when available. All machine guns are considered used unless otherwise noted.
GENERAL FIREARMS SALES
*** For firearms shipped to your FFL dealer, once the firearm has been transferred, it cannot be returned under any circumstances. Please inspect all firearms before accepting the transfer. ***
All firearms, magazines, receivers and restricted law enforcement items are sold and shipped in accordance with all existing federal, state and local laws and regulations. Many of the firearms, magazines and parts for sale on this website may be restricted or prohibited in your area. Please check your local and state regulations before ordering. You must be 18 or older to purchase a long gun and 21 or older to purchase a handgun per ATF rules, but state and local laws may differ and you will need to check your local laws before purchasing a firearm.
All new firearms are shipped in the original manufacturer's box, with magazine(s), accessories and applicable warranty. Firearms requiring warranty work must be returned to the factory within 1 year of purchase for repair. Accessories and special order items not normally sold by our store will not be covered under warranty even if these products are part of an integrated firearms package, unless we have guaranteed the entire package in writing. Please contact the original manufacturer for warranty information on all accessories and special order items.

Any changes to an order after shipping are at the sole discretion of the shipping carrier. Check the carriers policies and procedures to determine what chages can be made. Tracking numbers are available for items shipped via UPS and FedEx.
ONLINE PRICE & DESCRIPTION ERRORS
Our online and instore inventory changes every day. Occasionally an item may appear on the site by mistake or the item's description may contain a typographical error. We do not guarantee that titles, descriptions, pictures or prices on our site are error-free. Layaway -Up to 80% of your purchase.
De Leon Pharmacy and Sporting Goods 90 Day Layaway Plan No Fees for the First 30 Days $49 Minimum Purchase Required Only New Firearms are eligible for this program. The layaway plan is very simple to use. Upon receipt of your nonrefundable 20% deposit, we will secure your firearms(s) from our inventory and activate your 90-Day Layaway Plan. There are no fees during the first 30 days. A $10 fee will be added to layaway orders that remain open after this initial period. After 60 days, an additional $10 fee will be applied to your balance. During the Layaway period, you can either make multiple payments, or just make one final payment at the end, at which time we will release your firearm. UNLESS PRIOR ARRANGMENTS ARE AGREED ON YOUR LAYAWAY WILL NOT BE HELD LONGER THAN 90 DAYS. If, after 90 days, we have not received payment in full, your Layaway Plan will automatically be canceled, and any/all payments will NOT be refunded. Items on a layaway cannot be changed once the 20% deposit has been received. If a layaway is cancelled prior to 90 days, the 20% deposit will NOT be refunded and a 25% restock fee will be charged in addition, totalling 45%. By placing an item on layaway you are acknowledging you have read this layaway policy and you are in agreement with it.
AMMUNITION PURCHASES
When you purchase something from our store, as part of the buying and selling process, we collect You must be 18 or older to purchase rifle or shotgun ammunition and 21 or older to purchase handgun ammunition. All ammunition will be shipped ground.Always make sure to use the correct ammunition for your specific firearms. Check your local laws for any other regulations. *All ammunition sales will comply with local and state laws and will not be shipped to any restricted areas.*
TAX
All prices do not include sales tax. For all Texas residents 8.25% sales tax will be added to all orders.
