The SR1911 is a classically styled pistol designed with all of the modern manufacturing advances that you come to expect from Ruger. Accurate, rugged and reliable, the SR1911 is 100% American-made in American factories with American workers. The SR1911 features a flat mainspring housing and rear slide serrations for a positive grip. It has a classic, original 1911 Series 70 design and accepts standard, aftermarket 1911 parts and accessories. The lightweight, aluminum, skeletonized trigger features an adjustable over-travel stop and provides a very crisp, no creep, light trigger pull with a quick, positive reset. It has drift adjustable Novak 3-dot sights, an oversized ejection port, and an extended thumb safety. This Lightweight Commander-Style model has a 4.25" stainless steel barrel, matte stainless steel slide and a gray anodized aluminum frame.
