The frame of the A1s have an integral MIL-STD 1913 rail for attachment of tactical lights and laser aiming devices. 9mm magazines have an increased capacity of 17 rounds and are completely interchangeable with other 9mm 90 Series pistols. The removable front sight allows the user to easily replace damaged sights or to install tritium night sights or other accessory sights. The captive, single-piece recoil spring assembly simplifies the assembly and disassembly process and minimizes the possibility of spring loss. The Beretta 92A1 also features an internal frame buffer that increases service life by reducing stress on the receiver. This specific 92A1 model features a threaded M14x1 RH barrel as well.
